- The Sunflower Festival is ONLY offered at our Washington location (438 Route 57 West, Washington, NJ 07882)
- Vendors are required to bring one 10’ x 10’ tent to display their crafts in. A larger tent display will result in a supplemental space fee. Vendors are responsible for bringing their own tents, tables, & equipment.
- Each vendor is responsible for their tent, tables, & items being sold. Materials may be left overnight at the farm however there is no security in the activity area so it is done at your own risk.
- Tents must be securely fastened to the ground at all times. At the end of each day all tents must be dropped down and all equipment must be put away.
- Setup will begin at 7:30 a.m. each day of the festivals. There will be NO vehicle traffic permitted in the courtyard area where the crafts are. There are no exceptions to this rule. Handcarts are recommended to make setup easier.
- You are expected to remain set up until 5 p.m. (end of the festival). If you opt to leave early, we will NOT be able to open up the gates used for load-in. You will need to pack out everything through the farm market.
- Vendors must park in vendor parking to leave closer spots for customers.
- In the event of bad weather & farm closure, all vendors will be notified via text and your vendor fee will be refunded.
